Linksi - Account and Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how users of the Linksi mobile application can request the deletion of their account and associated data. We provide two methods to ensure you have control over your data.
Method 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)
The easiest and fastest way to permanently delete your account and all associated data is directly within the Linksi app:
- Open the Linksi app and log in.
- Navigate to the Settings page.
- Scroll to the bottom of the "App Settings" section.
- Tap on "Delete Account".
- Follow the on-screen confirmation prompts to finalize the deletion.
Using this method will automatically trigger our secure, server-side process to erase your data.
Method 2: Manual Deletion via Email (Alternative)
If you are unable to access your account for any reason, you can request deletion by sending an email to our support address:
Email: [email protected]
Please include the following information in your email:
- Subject Line: "Data Deletion Request"
- Body of the email: The email address associated with your Linksi account.
Our team will process your request manually.
Data Deletion Details
Regardless of the method used, a deletion request will permanently erase the following data associated with your account:
- Your account credentials from our authentication system.
- All calendars that you personally own, including all events, tasks, and list items.
- Your membership from any shared calendars you were a part of.
- Your user profile information, including any saved device tokens.
Note: This action cannot be undone.
